CONSULTATIONS

We are ready to assist you with your legal matter.

The first step in the process is to download, fill out, and return the New Client Form by clicking the link to the right. This form is designed to gather the relevant information about your situation and your specific needs. By clicking the "SUBMIT" button the form will automatically be returned to us via email. All information will be held in the strictest confidence.

Consultations will be scheduled after the attorney has reviewed your completed form. No consultations will be scheduled without a completed form. After the review, the attorney will contact you to set up a time to discuss your issue.

CONSULTATION FEES

The fee for a one hour consultation is $150. If we are retained, this fee will be applied to fees for legal services. Consultation fees must be received prior to your scheduled appointment.

You recognize that our review of your information, even if you submit it in a good faith effort to retain us, and, further, even if highly confidential, does not preclude us from representing another client directly adverse to you, even in a matter where that information could and will be used against you.

Submission of the New Client Form does not create an attorney/client relationship. This relationship is not created until a Legal Services Agreement is signed by both the client and the attorney.
